Externalized PrimeVue Resolver

I have updated and externalized the PrimeVue resolver:

• NPM
• GitHub

I am not affiliated with Primefaces/PrimeVue in any way, and I understand if you don't want to link an unofficial resolver.
But it exists now, and I'll do my best to keep it updated, so feel free to link it wherever you deem it appropriate.

You should add package exports to your package.json, this package seems to be CJS only...

Ah yes, I am fairly new to publishing packages. I believe I fixed that. Do you mind checking again?
