make gomoddownload fails at grafana/tempo module

Hi. I want to build uptrace at my laptop.

I'm executing the command make gomoddownload and get next error:

go mod download
go: github.com/grafana/tempo@v0.0.0-00010101000000-000000000000 (replaced by ./pkg/tempo): reading pkg/tempo/go.mod: open /home/johnbat26/projects/cti/devops/uptrace/pkg/tempo/go.mod: no such file or directory
make: *** [Makefile:14: gomoddownload] Error 1
