The blog post "Introducing Fractal and Federalist" is outdated accounts for a large portion of the broken links being flagged on the website by Siteimprove. This issue captures the work of removing or redirecting those links wherever possible to improve content quality on the website.

Outdated blog posts will be archived or removed from the site as part of future work to improve or consolidate the News and updates and What's new sections of the site. For now, this issue is just addressing the broken links.

Note: this is the same exact content that's on this page: https://18f.gsa.gov/2017/06/06/fractal-and-federalist-join-the-us-web-design-standards/. We may want to consider a redirect and removal of the post entirely.
