Describe the issue
I'm running Debian ARM on my MacBookPro M1 Pro thanks to UTM. Thus i'm not in emulation, but simple virtualisation.
Because i need Rosetta to run one amd64 program, i had to enable Apple Virtualization.
The problem is that the UUID keep changing , between reboot or even without reboot, while i do not make a single modification to this virtual machine configuration.
