Should we also implement killall ? (not part of the GNU/coreutils)

killall is provided (at least on Debian/ubuntu) by psmisc. As it is a key program, I wonder if we should not add it.

psmisc also provides:

/bin/fuser
/usr/bin/peekfd
/usr/bin/prtstat
/usr/bin/pslog
/usr/bin/pstree
/usr/bin/pstree.x11
