Character problems with some fields like Name / FirstName

Issue Description

When you insert text with accents, spaces or hyphens this generates an error.
It is then impossible to save the content.
If you enter a First Name "composed in French like Jean-François when you open the agent file again, the second part disappears. Probably because of the hyphen or space.

Curiously, the Designation field accept accent ( you can see it on screenshot).

Preconditions

1. Version v1.1.3; Core Version v1.1.4
2. Connected in Administration mode in French (public/fr)
3. Server : PHP 8.0 / MysQL 8.0

Steps to reproduce

It is important to provide a set of clear steps to reproduce this bug.If relevant please include code samples.

1. Connect you like Administrator
2. Go to Members Panel
3. Add New Member
4. In First-Name write "Jean-François" per example
5. In Name write "Nom-Composé" per example
6. Impossible to save the file…

Expected result

Impossible to save the changements

Actual result

Can not save date with some accents in French…
