Apparently based on this comment vaadin/flow#3778 (comment) Flow should have a functionality 'similar to reconnect dialog / session expired, that is shown to the user when the network connection is dropped'

There is a comment in offline-banner.html code referring that issue https://github.com/vaadin/bakery-app-starter-flow-spring/blob/master/src/main/resources/static/frontend/src/components/offline-banner.html#L40
