Hello,

I've been looking for something like this for quite something time. ELM needs to be able to correctly sort using Intl. Thank you for starting this up. Do you have any instructions on how to install it and set it up in the elm-package.json and package.json. I found some workarounds, but wanted to see if there were more appropriate steps.

This is what I am currently using: https://github.com/NoRedInk/elm-ops-tooling#elm_self_publish

Because it includes native JavaScript bindings, I can't self-publish it to elm packages.
I started a discussion in elm-dev about how to move forward, but it hasn't had any momentum.

Cool, added a reply there. Let's see where that goes. I think this is a very important addition. Thanks again. In the mean time, I'll continue to use the elm_self_publish.py it works great for now.

I tried to re-start the discussion here - https://discourse.elm-lang.org/t/bindings-for-intl/1264

As an FYI: I'm happy to update code to conform with whatever style or desired api, but I am not willing to champion a particular solution to the BDFL, or otherwise navigate the politics that may be required.

Thanks @vanwagonet - I'll see if I get anywhere pursuing this. FWIW I think your design and implementation looks pretty well thought out and solid.
