Upstream TypeORM issues to resolve

Creating this to keep a track of TypeORM issues that need to be resolved.

Since Vendure is dependent on the correct functioning of TypeORM, it is in our interests to see that it is in good working order. The TypeORM maintainers themselves lack sufficient time to keep on top of all the many issues being reported weekly, so for critical issues we (the Vendure community) must take responsibility and see them resolved.

I already spent quite a lot of time working on various migration issues, see #333 which resulted in 3 PRs merged into TypeORM.

This is a new list of issues as I find them which are critical to Vendure to get resolved. I'll update it as their status changes. They may not all be related to migrations, but that's where the bulk of problems seems to lie.

• MySQLDriver findChangedColumns (fields: width, precision) typeorm/typeorm#2737: [migrations] [mysql] - @UpdateDateColumn causes unnecessary migration to be generated. Looks to be due to the "precision" argument.
