Option to still disable data streaming if I just need the text

Feature Description

data streaming was enabled by default in 3.0.20. But there is now no way to opt out of stream data?

Use Case

My app is consuming the OpenAIStream but I use my own decoder on the frontend. I know that I'll never need the stream of other data information so I prefer not implementing the complex data decoding

Additional context

I'd be willing to contribute if you are ok with this spec.
