Remove App

I am testing out turborepo. I created the basic setup, I removed web & docs folder in apps. I added my own apps.

However when I run dev, the folders show back up as:

docs/.next/cache/webpack

and

web/.next/cache/webpack

Not familiar enough with NPM workspaces or monorepos to know how to remove that cache. :)

I just deleted the folders inside of VSCode, but they keep reappearing :)

I think I got it to go away, I deleted the node_modules/.cache/turbo contents, and it hasn't again. :)
