We are currently in a migration seperate repositories to a turbo monorepo with more modern setups. With this migration, we want to prevent that certain packages (which were related to the old setup) end up in the new setup. Another use case would be to prevent packages with major security issues and not been undated for years could be prevented from adding.
Proposal
An array property in the turbo.json to specify a set of dependency names which give an error upon installing.
