Documentation for @vercel/otel. Github for @vercel/otel returns a 404.

Hello,
Does the vercel/otel package have API documentation? The NPM page has an API reference section but it seems a little thin. At the bottom, it says to "See API for more details", but the github page returns a 404.

Also, does the vercel/otel package work if you're not hosting on vercel?

Documentation is a bit thin but this package does work even when not hosting with vercel.
