[PRO] Generated graph with lines overlapping

I have the generated graph below, somehow the layout is suboptimal that causing the direction lines overlapping each other:

The directions are actually as below:

Seems there is the custom script task with 2 outgoing edges, viewflow have no such nodes and that case is not supported by the graph layout.
