Run tests in the same window of the current file? #797

Sorry for being annoying but I was just wondering if there is a way to run test and show te output in the same active window and then go back to the corresponding file?

I've been looking at most of the possible issues and the docs but it seems that it is not possible, right?

Good question, which strategies have you tried?

Just a few of them, I have tried neovim, vimterminal and basic. But they do not see to do what I want, or maybe I'm doing it the wrong way
