• Description of issue or comments: Ellen Johnson (e.johnson@dedert.com) with Dedert Corporation had an issue she was unable to resolve with the help desk. I am not sure if you would be the right contact but was hoping you could point me in the right direction if not. She explained that the Maxwell platform requires social security numbers and green card numbers. Some of her employees have some that start with a 9, and the system does not allow this to be input. She ended up putting in random numbers in the meantime but was hoping to have this resolved. Please let me know any insights you may have, really appreciate it!
