@load only firing after map interaction #462

I'm on a Nuxt app (using this strategy) using v-mapbox.

I'm using an MglMap component successfully, but the @load event only fires after I do some interaction with the map (pan, zoom).

I'm using these versions:

"mapbox-gl": "^1.13.1",
"nuxt": "^2.14.6",
"v-mapbox": "^1.7.3"

Any thought on what could be preventing the @load event to fire?
