目标集群read失败与write失败处理流程不一致 #85

为什么read失败只是简单close并清理read事件(其中一个分支甚至没有close)，send失败处理close外，还需要清理read & write事件、清理sent_data，这样会导致不同事件触发顺序会导致不同的结果，代码在rmt_core.c:1535；rmt_core.c:1392
