[Timeline] Unexpected behavior of the horizontal scrollbar when dragging an element from mat-list

When dragging an element from a mat list, the horizontal scroll bar of the timeline is automatically placed at the top.
I expect the scrollbar to keep its position so that I can drop my dragged element on a specific group.
