vite.config.mts.timestamp-1697965581485-664585a9f80c2.mjs unable to delete automatically

Describe the bug

After renaming vite.config.js to vite.config.mjs or vite.config.ts to vite.config.mts, running the vite dev project will automatically add vite.config.mts.timestamp-*.mjs files will then be automatically deleted, but after running multiple times, it is found that they cannot be automatically deleted.
