Feature Description

This issue proposes stats are added to Vitess for users to understand the size of their SQL queries, in terms of the SQL text/payload

This can be useful to explain changes in query workloads, to understand bandwidth usage, etc

This has been implemented in PR: #15897

Use Case(s)

A Vitess user that would like to understand the rate and (to some degree) source of large queries, in terms of SQL payload/text
