fix: throw an error if Vite wasn't able to resolve aliased path

Description

Vitest will now throw an error for non-absolute aliases following Vite's behaviour: vitejs/vite@6a564fa

In the future I would like to unify externalization with Vite so we don't need to do that at runtime.
