[Docs] Refresh all button disappear from kubeapps UI #7787

On Page: /docs/latest/howto/dashboard/

We recently Upgraded the kubeapps version to the latest and we found that refreshing all in the app repositories in the kubeapps UI disappear

I can add a private app repo to my namespace in the kubeapps but i can't refresh it

Has anyone experienced this issue?
