Difference between phpstan level 6+ and phpdoctor

Hey!

Just found this lib and I got the question what the difference is between using this additional tool and using phpstan in a level 6 or higher, which also renders types of methods/functions as required..

If we could work out what the differences are it would be great to have them documented in the Readme
