In the function entry of src\element.c:OcilibElementSetRaw, the compatibility check condition is incorrect.

CHECK_COMPAT(OCI_CDT_TEXT == elem->typinf->cols[0].datatype)

It should be:

 CHECK_COMPAT(OCI_CDT_RAW == elem->typinf->cols[0].datatype)
