Cannot connect to Kubernetes Server API with HTTPS URL when behind corporate proxy

Hello,

When Kubernetes Server is exposed behind secured URL (HTTPS) and environment is behind corporate proxy it is not possible to access cloud K8s clusters such as AWS EKS. Error message: "The connection to the server ....eu-west-1.eks.amazonaws.com was refused - did you specify the right host or port?"

VSCode allows configuration of proxy through only one parameter - "http.proxy", but that is not enough for the extension when working with HTTPS URLs.

Extension works as expected with a direct access to the internet without proxy.
