Hi,

Firstly, thanks for the plugin, very handy.

I was wondering if it would be possible to change the way in which the section builder handles the addition of the heading tags to a line. The current ctrl+k ctrl+= is a bit cumbersome as you have to cycle through the section styles to find the one you need.

Would you consider the approach I have seen in another editior plugin where the heading format is applied by specifying the desired heading level, e.g. for a H1 heading use ctrl+alt+h 1

Also, would it be possible to have the default section styles match the default Sphinx/Python order ( i.e. http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/restructuredtext/basics.html#sections ) or perhaps have them customisable so that they can be set to match exisiting documentation.

Cheers,
Glyn

Thanks for mentioning the idea. It looks good if this extension can support ctrl+alt+h 1. It might take some time to investigate, and pull request is welcome as well.

BTW, I added another shortcut ctrl+k ctrl+- in release 78. Personally I found it helps as it goes the reverse order compared to ctrl+k ctrl+=. Did you check it out?
