Primary menu closes on submenu click on mobile devices

I have submenu under normal button in bootstrap and when I click an element in the primary menu it closes the menu and doesn't not show the submenu. This is my menu code http://pastebin.com/8xZm89M3 (sorry for the li elements, they are cloned from other element) and witch this line i initialize it:
$('[data-submenu]').submenupicker();

+1. This script is unusable if the submenu links don't work on mobile.
