[vue3 compositon API (setup)] Why state is removed when the route change?

In Vue2, state doesn't remove when the route is changed. I tried to add the query to the URL by using

const route = useRoute()

route.replace(
   name: 'current',
   query: { ... }
)

When the route is changed, it acts like a page is refreshed. It triggers the code in the setup again, so it makes all of the states gone even onMounted is triggered again.
