On Windows 10, the scrollbar makes it difficult to reach components. A solution would be to set scrollbar-width: thin on the file selector div. Other users don't experience this issue, but it might be due to the OS.

If possible I would like to contribute and make this simple change myself. It seems to have a more prevalent fade effect on Chrome, so I'm not sure as to what the issue is.
