Add configuration for ignore dead links

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I`m doing automatic documentation based on several repos with documentation extracted from code. In those cases it is possible that some of them have dead links in it.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to ignore the errors so the page can be build as already happen in dev mode.

Describe alternatives you've considered

add files to the configuration options ignoreDeadLinks
