[Feature Request] Mobile devices click on increment or decrement in a v-input-number stop open the keyboard

Problem to solve

I'm working in a form for mobile devices for a client, and the v-input-number trigger the mobile keyboard when click in a increment and decrement, makes answering forms more boring.

Proposed solution

Make the action buttons, separate from the input, so as not to activate the device's keyboard
