[Feature]: Support for Koa?

Describe the feature you'd like.

it seem like working with "console-ninja node server.js". But, only for working "server.js" not in controller files. is it right or Koa isn't supported yet? It might be good for Koa!

We're not familiar with Koa. Are you able to provide a sample project and understand the steps you're taking where you're not seeing values (but you are expecting to)? This will help us expedite possibly adding support for Koa (if it's not already supported).
