Leading and Trailing options for lodashs debounce?

I want to do something immediately when the scroll starts and not when the scrolling ends. Lodash supports by doing leading: true, trailing: false – But your lodash.js doesn't support this. Any chance of adding this?

@katerlouis As I know, Vue has already added support natively for the scroll event. Please go and check if it suits your case.
