Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now watchexec requires always providing a program which it will execute in response to events.
If we transition toward events serialized and sent over stdin, this becomes unnecessary in many use cases.

Describe the solution you'd like
A flag to change the behavior of requiring a program to execute. Or a more drastic adjustment to the command line interface!
