Following along with our 'every word and every minute matters' theme, should we reduce the space that the precipitation table takes up if all values are zero? We could combine the 4 rows and make it just one row of "No measurable precipitation expected". Or would be it be confusing to folks if sometimes there are 4 rows of precipitation and then sometimes just one row?
