Background

Right now, CMS users are associated with one or multiple WFOs based on their permissions. (this is being updated with #1195)
There are two different content dashboards a user can access, and both can be customized using a combination of configuration options and dev changes.

  • MyWorkbench (via the Workbench Access module)
  • Manage > Content (this displays by default all content the user is able to view)

Current state

When a user logs in, they are directed to the MyWorkbench dashboard. They see:

  • Their user profile
  • A list of the content they have most recently modified
  • A list of all content they have access to view

Future state

When a user logs in, they should be able to see a list of all content for their primary WFO
