cucumberOpts.strict doesn't work #170

if i set the cucumber option strict to false, pending step definitions still return an exit code > 0

using yarn@1.13.0 and node@10.15.1 with some wdio things in package.json:

"wdio-chromedriver-service": "^0.1.3",
"wdio-cucumber-framework": "^2.2.7",
"wdio-spec-reporter": "^0.1.5",
"webdriverio": "^4.14.0",
