When integrated with cucumber, the video is attached but cannot be watched

Describe the bug
I am working with wdio and Appium as a service, and I used an Allure report with video to generate a report for my stakeholders. Everything was fine until they requested me to integrate cucumber. The report attached the video, but it cannot be watched.

To Reproduce
I already made a repo to reproduce: https://github.com/viengiang/wdio_cucumber_video

Expected behavior
The report attached the video and can be watch.

Environment:

• wdio-video-reporter version: 4.0.1
• WebdriverIO version: 8.10.0
• Node.js version: 16.15.0
• NPM version: 8.5.5

Smartphone:

• Device: Pixel 4
• OS: Android 13
