Bug report
What is the current behavior?
According to documentation webpack 5 doesn't need json-loaders.
https://webpack.js.org/migrate/3/#json-loader-is-not-required-anymore
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.
import a local JSON file in a react component and try to use it. You will receive an error
You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type, currently no loaders are configured to process this file. See https://webpack.js.org/concepts#loaders
What is the expected behavior?
JSON files should be read without need to install json-loader with webpack 5.
