two bug about SourceMapDevToolPlugin

What is the current behavior?

1. when i set includeoption is /src//，all souce map is gone even though a lot of resource path include src
2. when i set module option is true, this variable is undefined when using babel and in debug (_this or _this1 is usefull)

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.
webpack plugin insert this plugin:

new webpack.SourceMapDevToolPlugin({
  include: /src\//,
  module: true
})

babel config:

module.exports = function() {
  return {
   presets: [
     [
       '@babel/preset-env',
       { modules: false, loose: true }
     ]
   ]
  }
}

What is the expected behavior?

1. got source-map what resouce path include src\
2. i can use this when debugging
