Release subdomain name after deleting a project

As a user I want to be able to use the same project name as subdomain after I deleted a poject, .e.g I have test.wstd.io, I delete it, then created a new project and can't name it test.wstd.io
We should add a hash to the current domain name after deleting the worker

It's currently not possible because we need to implement a jobs queue. Deletion of worker is async and can fail, we can only release the domain if worker was successfully deleted. So we need to add a proper job queue to the system first
