Option to bind to a specific network interface

What problem do you want to solve?
Similarly to #778, the desktop app lacks the possibility to bind to a specific network interface only.

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem?
Implement a preference that allows one to choose which network interface to bind to, like qBittorrent
