0.24.0

What operating system and version?
Windows 11

What problem do you want to solve?

  • Requesting a new feature
  • limiting the speed of the rate and to modify the amount of peers to connect

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem?

  • by implementing this we can improve the amount of speed for a particular torrent and improve the peer connection
  • by implementing this we can apply the priority for the torrent

Are you willing to submit a pull request to implement this change?

No if needed I can work on it
