Please sort user modes alphabetically

Feature description

On Freenode I have usermodes wRiILScgzr set. On Libera I have ZiwQRg set.
But ILRSicgrwz or QRZgiw would look neater and easier to read.

If user modes were sorted alphabetically (and upper case first) it would be much easier for me to check which modes I have set on each of the various networks I am connected to.

I see that channel modes are always sorted alphabetically so why not user modes?

Hi,

Channels modes are not sorted by WeeChat, I think they are by the server itself when sent initially, when you join the channel. If after the join you play with modes, you'll notice they're not sorted any more.

Same for user modes, WeeChat doesn't sort them.

Though this can be done, but not so easy as channel like user modes can have parameters, and these modes are always first in list.
So you can have cases where the modes are not properly sorted if there are modes with parameters at the beginning.
