Ban command does not use smart nick completion

Feature description

As a channel operator in several channels I'm often on a text-only terminal and need to /ban nick(tab) to quickly ban a user causing severe noise, disturbance, etc, and found that Weechat does not tab complete the nick I expect it to. It's excellent at normal nick(tab) completion in normal chat, but /ban nick(tab) seems to pick perhaps in alphanumeric order, not nicks that have recently been active.

It would be exceptionally handy if commands like ban, quiet, etc, were to use the same nick completion that just normal chatting does, to avoid mistakes but also make actions faster and more accurate.
