add an addreplace to all commands that have an add

Feature description

It would be nice if the addreplace would be added to all the different command that already use add.

Also, the add from alias is acting like an addreplace, so it would be nice to make it act like a normal add

current lists of commands having an addreplace

1. trigger
2. filter
3. item

current lists of commands with an add but no addreplace

1. alias
2. bar
3. proxy
4. ignore
5. notify
6. server
7. relay

the following lists of commands have an add but probably doesn't need an addreplace. Still you can create an addreplace which will be equivalent to add

1. hotlist
2. autojoin
