Render new exhibition related custom types

Following #10819

We need to display the new custom types created in #10819, in place of the current exhibition guide type, at the same urls.

Transcripts should no longer display alongside the captions and text and instead should be displayed along with the audio and video players. Relates to #10823

Legacy exhibition guides should still display.
