EIP191 supports 3 versions for signatures:

0x45 (personal_sign) most used that have a perfix
0x01 Structured Data (EIP712)
0x00 Data with intended validator

Starting to see several projects that use the version 0x00 for payload execution based on signature over the other versions.

It's supported in Openzeppelin for example.

It would be good if we add signIntendedValidatorData.
