Add nostr to registerProtocolHandler

What problem are you trying to solve?

Nostr is a decentralized social network. Think of it as IRC but for "notes and other stuff".
In nostr, users are identified by their public key, and they can use different clients to interact with the protocol.

There's an annoying inconvenience: if I share a link to my profile, I'm already including a specific client, that may not be your preferred client (example)

To solve this, there's a Nostr Improvement Proposal (NIP) that defines the nostr: scheme: NIP-21
